I never imagined...

Around 20 years ago, I received a prophetic word about becoming an author of books that would touch the hearts of believers. At the time, I thought to myself, 'This guy is NUTS! No way am I going to write books!' Well, here I am...Soon, you will see my first book THE BRIDE'S CRY in my store. God has been working this in me for over 4 years and it has been a process that has challenged, inspired and driven me to a level of obedience I wasn't sure I wanted to bow to. He has opened a door for this and I am stepping through.
I want to share just a little excerpt from the book with you:
"I believe there are many times when we stand outside our places of resurrection because we don’t know that sometimes our most significant act of worship is found when we obediently face the dead things in our lives. Sometimes worship means bowing our will and looking directly at the dark places we meet but give our heart and trust to Him anyway. Worship isn’t an escape from reality - it is knowing that the facts we face aren't more significant than the life He has, and so we turn our hearts, devotion, and desires to Him alone. It is here in the turning of our hearts that we find the grace to obey (Titus 2:11-13)."
What are the things the Lord has been prodding you to open a door to? Is there something that you feel that He wants from you, but the first idea was 'This is CRAZY'? Have the courage to step through the doors He has opened for you.
